Product Details

A lively and bright diamond takes centre stage in this unique period engagement ring. Graduated stepped shoulders place this engagement ring firmly in the Art Deco era of jewellery design and manufacture. The central diamond is set using four claws split into a 90 degree angle giving a square mirage to the piece. The upper tiers or the shoulders are set with two square diamonds with a further one in each side in the lower tier. These diamonds are a sort of chequer board cut which feature a small table and a small selection of upper girdle facets. A handmade piece circa 1920 / 1930, significant attention to detail has been paid despite being a fairly simplistic ring. The claws have been finished with a small diamond in each one giving extra brilliance to the overall appearance of the ring.
