Vintage Late 1980s Diamond Trilogy Ring

A late 1980s diamond three stone ring crafted in 18ct yellow and white gold. Suitable for daily wear the ring is made to a high standard and has that solid feel to it when worn. The outer diamonds are set with six claws with the middle diamond set with eight points of contact. The setting is not what we would traditionally call an illusion setting but it does make the stones look slightly larger than they actually are. Total diamond weight calculated as being just shy of the 1ct mark.

Metal: 18ct yellow and white gold.

Marks: Hallmarked DS&Co. London 1989.

Measurements: The setting of this ring measures 5.5mm wide and spreads 16mm across the finger, rising 5.5mm. Knife edge shoulders widening to 2.3mm at the back of the finger.

Stones: Three Brilliant cut diamond each approximately 0.33ct. Total diamond weight approximately 0.99ct. Colour G/H, clarity Si1/2.

Weight: 4.6 grams.

Condition: Excellent.
