Measurements: The head measures 11.5mm x 10.9mm x 5mm. The shank measures 2mm.

Stones: Central round faceted sapphire. Twelve diamonds in total surround the sapphire. There are eleven old-cut diamonds and one brilliant-cut diamond, most likely a replacement. The approximate total carat weight is 0.36ct.

Weight: 3.10 grams.
