Here is a silver set ring with natural baltic amber that has been hardened and set onto a smooth flat piece of mammoth bone. The inclusion in this amber gemstone we believe to be a flying insect.

This insect has been entombed into the thee resin and over time has hardened into a material called Copal. Through time the Copal becomes buried and over serval millions of years slowly turns into what we know as Amber.
