1.35ct Three Stone Diamond Ring

A very traditional three stone diamond ring crafted in 18ct white gold. Taking on the classic format of a slightly larger centre stone, the combined diamond weight totals approximately 1.35ct. A pre-owned piece made after the year 2000 that looks a good bit older than it actually is. Suitable for daily use, where an antique ring might not be, this would make a great alternative to a solitaire as an engagement ring. The diamonds are set in such a way that they slightly over-lap giving an unbroken chain of fire and sparkle.

Metal: 18ct white gold.

Marks: Hallmarked LHG 750 Sheffield. There is also 1.46ct stamped on the inside which relates to the diamond weight but we have worked it as being slightly less than this hence being advertised as 1.35ct.

Measurements: 6.2mm wide spreading 15mm across the finger, rising 5mm. Knife edge shoulders widening to 2mm wide D shape shank.

Stones: Central Brilliant cut diamond approximately 0.55ct. Outer Brilliant cut diamond each approximately 0.40ct. Total approximate diamond weight 1.35ct. Colour L/M. Clarity VS2. The diamonds slightly draw colour, more so when seen from the side profile. They are however pretty clean stones and exhibit fire and brilliance.

Weight: 3.42 grams.

Condition: Very good. The setting appears to be cast and some of the gold has seeped through the mould. This can is evident in some of the lower gallery windows being filled with gold.
