22ct Fidelity Wedding Ring

A lovely example of an antique wedding ring. The ring was made before the war and before rationing came into effect. It is made of 22ct gold and stamped on the inside with the word ‘FIDELITY’, symbolising a promise ring.

Metal: 22ct gold.

Marks: HG & S. Hallmarked in Chester, 1935. Stamped ‘FIDELITY’ on the inside of the shank. There is also a personalised engraving: P.E.G 9.2.52 D.A.H.

Measurements: 2.5mm wide.

Weight: 2.54 grams.

Condition: Excellent.
