From our collection of in-house conversions, this particular pendant/extender is crafted from 18ct yellow gold and sterling silver. It is made using elements from our own collection of bolt rings, antique Albert chains, and dog clips. We have carefully selected these contrasting metals and set the gold with an old-cut diamond in a rubover setting. This versatile piece can be used in many ways — as a pendant, a chain extender, or a pendant extender.
