Victorian 18ct Gold Shot Ring
Description: Victorian (1894) shot or more commonly known keeper ring. A wonderfully substantial ring suitable for either gents or ladies. Currently a large size it is easily reduced (within reason) to fit.
Metal: 18ct gold.
Marks: Hallmarked 18ct Chester 1894.
Measurements: 10mm wide with the main body of the shot weave design spreading 18mm across the finger. 4.5mm ridged flat profile shank.
Weight: 8.1 grams.
Finger size: W.5.
Condition: The beads to the head known at the shot have been replaced. The ring has seen a great many decades of wear and these have obviously been replaced as in certain lights there is a very slight difference in the colour of the metals. Other then that the ring is in exceptional condition.
