Gold & Platinum Bracelet
Description: Formally a watch Albert this bracelet is a conversion job completed at out Norwich workshop. Simply doubled back upon itself, a new clasp and a couple of jump rings fitted and it is now a wonderful bracelet for either him or her. Originally the Albert would have been early 20th century - most likely made after the first war but before the second.
Metal: Platinum and 9ct rose gold.
Marks: On the jump ring of the clasp we have used the old rose gold ring which bears an old repeater mark for 9ct gold. This was part of the piece when it came to us - attached to the old clasp that was unfortunately broken. Most likely a later addition as an item such as this would not have been able to be hallmarked thanks to being made of mixed metals.
Measurements: The bars are each approximately 80mm long made from 1.3mm square wire. Length of bracelet is 19cm.
Weight: 10 grams.
Condition: Excellent. Please note that since the photographs were taken we have soldered close the jump ring which the clasp closes on to.
