Early 20th Century Peridot & Pearl Pendant - SOLD
Description: A wonderful example of early 20th century jewellery design. The two central vertical posts set with pearls and a peridot dropper at the bottom are fixed while the peridots are articulated. A delicate item of jewellery that has survived the decades.
Metal: 18ct yellow gold.
Marks: The remains of a mark can be seen on the bale at the top but it unclear. The metal tests as 18ct gold throughout.
Stones: Pearl and peridot.
Measurements: Approximately 42mm from the top of the bale to the bottom of the lower peridot. 19mm at it’s widest.
Weight: 2.03 grams.
Condition: Minor restoration conducted to straighten up where bent at the central vertical post, not that it is noticeable. All in all it is in wonderful condition.
