18ct Gold Turquoise & Enamel Ring
Description: A magnificent example of 1880s jewellery manufacturing. Hallmarked in Chester in 1888 this ring features turquoise gemstones star set with a black enamel inlay. The enamel is in remarkable condition for the age of the ring and was clearly cherished by it’s previous owner. A true antique piece of jewellery.
Metal: 18ct yellow gold.
Marks: Chester hallmarks 1888.
Measurements: 6.6mm at it’s widest narrowing to 3.3mm at the back of the shank.
Weight: 4.9 grams.
Finger size: L.
Condition: Excellent condition given it’s age. Signs of previous owners but totally right for a ring of this vintage.
