18ct Gold 2.26ct Diamond Carved Half Hoop - SOLD
Description: This fantastic show of diamonds dates to the 1930s. Beautifully carved 18ct yellow gold holds approximately 2.26ct of diamonds. Five main diamonds interspaced with eight small diamonds means you see little else with setting only visible in the outside claws. Once cherished, this ring would mostly likely have taken pride and place on some lucky ladies finger at many dinner and dance.
Metal: 18ct yellow gold.
Stones: Diamonds measuring approximately 0.35ct - 0.44ct - 0.73ct - 0.40ct - 0.26ct with a further eight 0.01ct stones set in-between the main five. Diamond colour graded at G-H and clarity from Si1 to I1 clarity.
Measurements: A wonderful 6.5mm wide at the centre of the setting the rings tappers away to approximately 4.5mm. The engraved shoulders measure 3mm wide narrowing to just over 2mm at the back of the ring. With the diamonds sitting close to the finger this ring stands approximately 4mm tall front he finger.

Condition: Excellent condition. Few chips and knicks here and there on the diamonds but totally right for the age and design of the ring. N.B In the photos one diamond appears very yellow, this is not the case in real life.
